TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

• Open to new families enrolling a child into the Angsana ELC Pre-school 1 (P1) room. Existing Angsana ELC families and children currently or previously enrolled in any Angsana ELC room are not eligible.
• Booked days must include at least one of Monday or Friday.
• Available slots are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis, subject to room capacity and educator to child ratio compliance.

2. Offer Period

• The promotion is open while P1 welcome slots remain available. Angsana ELC reserves the right to close the promotion at any time without prior notice once capacity is reached.
• Enrolment must be confirmed in writing during the offer period for the family to qualify.

3. Promotion Details

• 3 + 2 Package: Family pays for 3 booked days per week. The child may attend up to 2 additional days per week, free of charge, for a fixed period of 8 weeks from the start date.Family enrols for 5 days per week (full time) and pays for 3 booked days. The remaining 2 days per week are provided free of charge (zero fee, with no Child Care Subsidy and no gap fee) for a fixed period of 8 weeks from the start date.
• 2 + 1 Package: Family pays for 2 booked days per week. The child may attend up to 1 additional day per week, free of charge, for a fixed period of 8 weeks from the start date. Family enrols for 3 days per week and pays for 2 booked days. The 1 additional day per week is provided free of charge (zero fee, with no Child Care Subsidy and no gap fee) for a fixed period of 8 weeks from the start date. The additional free day must be a fixed day of the week, nominated at enrolment, and cannot be varied week to week.
• The selected package is fixed for the 8 week window and cannot be changed mid period. Unused free days are forfeited and cannot be banked, deferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or fee offset.
• Child Care Subsidy (CCS), where applicable, is applied to the paid days only in accordance with Family Assistance Law and the family’s entitlement. Free days carry a zero gap fee and do not attract CCS.Free days are charged at zero fee, with no CCS claimed and no gap fee payable by the family.

4. Enrolment Fees and Bond

• Applicable enrolment fees and bond apply at sign up and are not waived under this promotion.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• Booked days are charged for every booked session, including absences, public holidays, and family holidays, in line with the standard Fee Policy.
• A minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice is required to cancel or reduce booked days, in line with the standard enrolment notice period. Withdrawal during the 8 week window results in forfeiture of any remaining free days from the date of withdrawal.

6. General Conditions

• Angsana ELC reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other Angsana ELC offer, discount or referral incentive unless expressly stated in writing.
• The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or fee credit.
• Angsana ELC reserves the right to withdraw the promotional benefit and revert the family to standard charging where the family has overdue or unpaid fees, repeated direct debit failures, or where the child or family is in breach of the standard enrolment Terms and Conditions, behaviour expectations, or service policies.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Angsana ELC.
